Porting of old CK scripts to new CK/CM format

Hi all,

We are about to complete a year since we started working on CK2/CM and we have already ported many of the old CK components into CM scripts which are aggregated here. The old CK script,package,program,module and soft are now just CM scripts. One of the main use cases of CK was MLPerf inference submissions and we have now made a much cleaner workflow for end to end MLPerf inference submissions which is generic enough to support any custom implementation. We have already tested this with reference python implementation, our own C++ implementation, Nvidia implementation and tflite-cpp implementation and we are aggregating our collected results into this public repository for inference 3.0 submissions.

If you are still using the old CK components for your MLPerf submissions, we are happy to make them compatible with the new CM format for 3.0 submissions or even for later submissions - just let us know.
