Who was William Tell? Well, stated briefly, he was a proud patriot from Uri in Switzerland. He had a young son named Walter. It is said that he was a strong man, a farmer, a hunter who skillfully used a crossbow, and most importantly, he was a legend and folk hero of Switzerland.
