Collectibles And More In-Store is pleased to announce the launch of Collectible Postage Stamps. Philately is the collection, study, and appreciation of postal stamps, both domestic and international, and postal history.
This new product type is a perfect fit for our Hobby Collectibles category and will be a great resource for stamp-collecting enthusiasts. The location in our Collectibles Store for this new product type is:
Collectible Postage Stamps will include both domestic and international postal stamps as well as U.S. golden replica stamp collections, U.S. First-Day Cover stamps, and U.S. First Day of Issue envelopes.
To quote the Postal Museum about stamp collecting, “It’s an activity away from technology” and to quote the Smithsonian National Postal Museum, “Stamp collecting helps instruct the collector in geography, biography, history, culture and art. Stamps are miniature gateways to the world”.
