data pull model in collectd

Hello guys!

Recently one of our customers asked us to provide them ability to read data (we have plugins for collectd which collect this data and send to server) anytime directly from server, and we said them right now it's impossible and we had to integrate prometheus into our infrastructure but then I realized, it shouldn't be very hard to support two data models in collectd.

Are you interesting in this thing ?

If so, then I can work on this stuff.
