XMPP API - retrieve complete URL of status

Hi all,

I'm using the Collecta XMPP API. When I retrieve an update, the, "uri"
tag represents the complete URL to the corresponding user, e.g. for
google buzz it is something like www.google.com/profiles/PROFILENUMBER.
I am not sure what the "id" tag does..

Is it possible to retrieve/construct also the complete URL of the
specific update by using the tags an update is annotated?
