Bug fixes

Just wanted to send a quick note that there was some slight performace
improvements and bug fixes that went in recently.

There were protocol fixes including the whitespace bug that caused a
subscription to fail or not return a result when whitespace cdata was
in the subsctiption options.

Please continue with the great feedback and we will continue with the
improvements and fixes!

Also, watch out for other features and nodes coming soon!
