New HTTP API error message

We happily utilize both the Collecta HTTP and XMPP APIs on our site,
but today the HTTP API seems to be having new problems.
When we make any HTTP call like this:
http://api.collecta.com/search/?q=postling&rpp=20&format=atom&apiKey=[our_api_key]
the service churns for half a minute then prints this error message:
<error><missing_api_key>Must provide an api key.</missing_api_key></
error>
Is this an issue with the API, or has something possibly invalidated
our API key?
