Help with New Staff Expo stall on Tuesday 10th February

Would you please volunteer to help on the UQ Networking Stall at the New Staff Expo. Even 30 min would greatly help. During the busy time it is good to have 2 colleagues people on the stall.
Thank you to Maree & Hilda who have said they may be able to help.
Make sure you are there for the morning tea provided.
Here are the times for the stall:
8:00 to 8:30am
Complete stall set up
Marianne &
8:30 to 9:20am
New staff arrive, receive name tag and browse stalls
9:20 to 10:15am
Staff are invited into lecture theatre for information session
(morning tea is provided to stall holders)
10:15am to 11:00am
Information session concludes and staff move to foyer area, where morning tea is served. Staff browse the stalls until 11:00am.

Sorry no I have not arranged anything for today as I have only had 2 people do the doodle to see which day is best. However you are welcome to send an email to the group to see if anyone is interested in going. I already have plans.

Just one more desperate plea for someone to help me out tomorrow on the UQ Networks stall at the new staff expo for 8:30 to 9:30am & 10:30 to 11:30am.
Even half an hour would be great.
