Collate:Network v1.6 released!

Well, once again it's been a while since an update but it's finally
here. Below are a list of changes between v1.5 and v1.6

* Enhancement - full support for auto-discovery script now exists
* Enhancement - full support for stale-scan script now exists
* Enhancement - lists can be sorted by useful fields
* Enhancement - show some help for username format on login and
password change pages

* Defect - username field in schema is too small
* Defect - static IP addresses aren't deleted when a block is deleted
* Defect - too-large value stored in result count session variable
