IntelliJ IDEA Open Source License Request Form

Please only complete this form if you are participating in the Health and Wellness Innovation 2013 event and need to obtain the IntelliJ IDEA Open Source license key for CollaboRhythm development. Note that if you have not yet installed or have only recently installed IntelliJ IDEA you can use the free 30 day trial. You only need to request a license after the 30 day trial has ended. The license is valid for IntelliJ IDEA version 11 or version 12, and expires February 10, 2013. An updated license may be available once the current license expires. You may only use this license for non-commercial open source CollaboRhythm development. You may not share, transfer, or redistribute the license.
