I would generally suggest avoiding CollaboRhythm.Workstation and use CollaboRhythm.Tablet exclusively for now. Use the following run configuration:
CollaboRhythm.Tablet - Emulator (1024 x 600)
CollaboRhythm.Workstation is not fully supported by all of the plugins.
Do you have a specific reason why you want to use CollaboRhythm.Workstation?
You might be successful using CollaboRhythm.Workstation for showing the clinicians view in the video/demo if you just want to see the clock and look at the charts. Will this be sufficient for your demo and video? Any apps that use multiple views will currently crash when they try to switch views. A small amount of work would be required to fix the crash, but supporting the multiple views used by some apps would be non-trivial, and should probably be avoided for the HW2013 event. If you want to use all of the apps, and have a consistent experience between the apps on the tablet and the apps on the desktop, then for now you should run CollaboRhythm.Tablet Emulator on the desktop. You could potentially lower the resolution of the monitor/TV you are using and/or change the emulated screen resolution of the emulator by creating a new run configuration for CollaboRhythm.Tablet.

Hi Scott,
In our project we try to keep the patient GUI very simple so it will fit our target elderly population and do so in the least intrusive way. We want to use a B&W NOOK for that, and run some simple HTML that will display basic information straight from Motorola's mash system (connected to the home sensors).
(The Motorola system will push information to Indivo and we will show that on the physician's CollaboRhythm, but for the patient side we just want to get few very basic details & instructions to show these on the NOOK)
Is the physician's app mature enough to be used in these two week? Are we better off just creating snapshots of the app for the video?
Thanks,
Yuval

Subject: Problems with running CollaboRhythm workstation
Hi all,
Did anyone manage to run the collaborhythm workstation and willing to help me out configuring it?
In the beginning I got an error accessing the server, then I just replaced the setting file with the one from the tablet module, but now I cannot see patients information.
Thanks,
Yuval

ok,
but just for clarification, since i'm not sure that I got it right - what's the difference between the physician's perspective and the patient's? I thought that the patient uses the .tablet and the physician the .workstation, but if its not necessarily like that, then we have no problems using the tablet version for the physician.
thanks,
Yuval
CollaboRhythm.Tablet can be used by both patients and clinicians. It is designed for screens that are tablet sized and intended to be used primarily with touch. We are currently using CollaboRhythm.Tablet for a study at the Joslin Diabetes Center with both patients and health coaches using tablets.
CollaboRhythm.Workstation is intended for use on larger screens, or computers with multiple screens. However, all of the app work we have done in the last year has not been tested on CollaboRhythm.Workstation and so CollaboRhythm.Workstation is (a) not completely supported by the apps and (b) has not been updated with some of the latest features for collaboration.
You should probably just use CollaboRhythm.Tablet for now. You will need to override the default settings to switch modes. See the following:
https://github.com/newmediamedicine/CollaboRhythm/wiki/Editing-settings.xml-for-Collaborhythm.Tablet
Make sure your settings.xml file contains <mode>clinician</mode> and that a valid username/password for a clinician account is specified.
