CollaboRhythm error: "Connecting to your health record"

If you are on WiFi at MIT and you are trying to run CollaboRhythm, you may have problems if you are using a network that blocks some ports.

 

Works with CollaboRhythm:

MIT

 

Will NOT work with CollaboRhythm:

MIT GUEST

 

If one or more of the ports it uses are blocked, CollaboRhythm (Tablet or Workstation) will make multiple attempts to connect to the Indivo X server and the Flash Media Server while displaying “Connecting to your health record” and then eventually an error message will be displayed “Failed to connect to your health record.”
