Major IntelliJ IDEA compile/build performance boost

If you have not already done so, I would recommend changing the following setting to drastically improve build times for CollaboRhythm in IntelliJ IDEA 12:

 

1.       Click File -> Settings…

2.       Under “Project Settings” choose “Compiler”

3.       Uncheck “Use external build”

4.       Click OK

 

After changing the above setting, IntelliJ will build up to four modules simultaneously and build times should be reduced significantly.
