Dear Alex,

as far as I know, Colibri hasn't been developed in recent years. It's a solid application, however, and it works fine from Windows XP to Windows 8 —I'm still using it *constantly*, and it's probably the fastest launcher available on Windows (YMMV).

Latest version is available on the main website: http://colibri.leetspeak.org/
