Add the ability to add file/folder locations to be indexed

Add the ability to sort results by type, i.e: When I type a command, I
want applications to show up first, documents, folders, links to show
up after

I second the request to add file/folder locations!
I have all my portable apps in single folder - would be great to run them, since they are the ones I use most often.

Make it happen, with a pretty please and sugar on top.
