        Les diría que las autoridades de la UNAM viven una profunda crisis de legitimidad ocultada por el silencio de los profesores pero que se expresa en la baja participación de los maestros en los procesos de elección en los que pueden participar, en otros, son las mismas autoridades las que designan autoridades.

Les diría que los concursos de oposición dejan más dudas que certezas, que el largo tiempo que se toman las dictaminadoras  crean un clima de incertidumbre y de incredulidad en los resultados finales, los cuales nunca son informados a toda la comunidad como corresponde a todo proceso legítimo.

Les diría que cada vez es más humillante e insoportable la desigualdad económica y académica entre profesores de carrera y maestros de asignatura, lo que impide a los primeros jugar un papel de liderazgo en las actividades académicas quedando sus trabajos de área complementaria, en el mejor de los casos, en los archivos del consejo técnico.

Les diría que es momento de poner todo nuestro esfuerzo para rescatar al CCH, utilizar íntegramente las treinta horas de los maestros de asignatura y las cuarenta horas  de  los maestros de carrera, que no es el momento de irse a descansar tres días a la semana.

Les diría que hace falta reconstruir el tejido social, que las áreas académicas dejen de ser meras cafeterías y vuelvan a retomar sus actividades sustanciales.

Les diría que los maestros que no vendemos libros ni obras de teatro la pasamos muy mal por los bajos salarios que tenemos.

Les diría, si no me ahoga la voz el llanto, que todavía podemos salvar el CCH.
