Form Labels

Currently if you have the following code:

<c:input name="firstName" />

The generated label will be "First name:". Would people prefer the
label to be "First Name:" instead?

Yes. I think more often than not you'll want each word in a label
capitalized. If not you can override.

That's what I thought too. And in truth that's the way I thought it
was working, until I wrote some unit tests that told me otherwise
(whoops).

If more people agree, I can make the switch sometime this week.

The current version of ColdMVC (1.3.0) now displays form labels in
proper case.
