I'm not sure who approved this for posting but I hope I'm not the only
member of this list that hopes we do NOT turn into a job posting
forum... (especially for Indian outsourcing companies).

Furthermore, this person joined and then immediately posted a job. All
they post on any list they belong to is jobs. Frankly, I'm of a mind
to remove and ban them.

What say others?

I'd say that's abuse of the forum. Recommend your post be considered a first and only warning. The next job post will result in removal.

I'd say it sounds like they have found an outlet for targeted spam. There are lists for that. Whether we ban them now or the next time they post (which will be another spam job) doesn't matter to me. Isn't there an option to moderate the first message(s) from new users?

There is. And we use it. So it seems one of our moderators must have
(mistakenly) approved the message. I checked and Krishna is still
moderated, however, so whoever approved it allowed just the job post
and did not check "always allow" to remove first post moderation
(thankfully).

So it seems the feeling is posting jobs is abuse and IDEN Consulting
should be banned...

I will solve the mystery. I goofed. Sorry, all. Lesson learned.

Personally I do not see the logic in posting to this list. Not sure may west based people would be interested in a 6 day week even if it does come with shed loads of public holidays and irrespective if this is on the edge of the bay of bengalĀ

:o)

Regards,

Jatin
