Problems creating a Documentation via ColdDocs

Hi,

i'm absolutely new to the hole Documantation-Thing...

I've put the ColdDoc Directory into my www Root and i mapped it in CF Administrator.

wwwroot

---ColdDoc

---TestProject

Now i want to create a Documentation of my "TestProject" but i don't know how to handle it.

It would be great, if anybody could explain it for Dummies. Or is there a Dummie-Tutorial somewhere?
