Interface support in HTML API Strategy

Hey all,

I had to quickly wrap in Interface support into ColdDoc's HTML API strategy for ColdSpring 2.0, as it uses a fair few marker interfaces.

So far I've only tested it against the ColdSpring 2.0 code base, and on CF9.

If you could take it for a spon, and of you find any issues on CF8, or against your code base, let me know.

If you are writing new strategies, you will find new goodies in qMetadata as well.

You can grab from SVN for latest.
