Bust Event Caching using fwCache not working?

Does anyone in the ColdBox community bust event caches from a URL? I'm trying to bust some caches before they expire using an automated process so users never take the hit, but, the fwCache URL Query Param does not appear to be working.

I'm using a bleeding edge build. 

Does this documentation need to be updated? http://wiki.coldbox.org/wiki/URLActions.cfm
