Connect to your wired home network by adding a D-Link 10/100 Fast Ethernet Desktop PCI Adapter to your desktop computer. Once connected, you can share an available high-speed Internet connection while also getting access to shared documents, music, and photos from other computers on your network.
To maximise total return on investment, the D-Link DAP-2610 MU-MIMO WiFi PoE Access Point can be configured to optimise network performance based on any one of its multiple operation modes: Access Point, Wireless Distribution System (WDS), a WDS with Access Point, and Wireless Client. With WDS support, network administrators can set up multiple DAP-2610s throughout a facility and configure them to bridge with one another, while also providing network access to individual clients. The D-Link DAP-2610 MU-MIMO WiFi PoE Access Point also features advanced features such as load balancing and redundancy, for fail-safe wireless connectivity.
The Air Bridge wireless adapter is a Meta Quest accessory built by D-Link. It enables users to connect their standalone headsets directly to their PC via a high-throughput and low-latency dedicated point-to-point WiFi link.

High combined data rates of 1750 Mbps (1300 Mbps for 802.11ac and 450 Mbps for 802.11n) can be delivered over the air and Wi-Fi Multimedia (WMM) together with 802.1p Quality of Service (QoS) can give time-sensitive traffic like Voice over IP (VoIP) or video streaming a higher priority ahead of other traffic.
Beamforming focuses the Wi-Fi signal to improve both range and connection strength so your clients can enjoy a superior Wi-Fi experience. Built-in Multiple-Input and Multiple-Output (MU-MIMO) technology gets high-bandwidth Wi-Fi signals to multiple devices simultaneously, for faster data distribution and efficiency.
For better review, in attachment are the output of netstat in four different moments: before the Omniverse services were started, during the attempted connection, shortly after, and a couple of minutes after, when the processes are fully terminated again.
Apparently the Omni servers are the only ones using such ports.

How can we get laptop users to select the correct AP and "lock" on to it so it does not drop and try to access another AP - Now every wifi user is having the device drop the connection and try another AP then drop that AP and keep going back and forth - There are at least 3 or 4 AP's in the area. This is for a school and there is one assigned AP - the dropping and reconnecting occurs for all the computers in the room - there is no time when the connection remains stable - example - select AP then by the time the IP address is assigned it drops and goes to another AP waits for IP then drops etc. Tried changing the wifi channels on desired AP - still dropping connection. Any ideas will be appreciated.
But chances are you are having a problem with the wifi controller and band steering where the AP will slowly respond to 2.4 ghz requests to encourage the laptop to move to the 5ghz radio. Since the Controller can't actually tell the laptop what channel to be on, the laptop will simply hunt for a better channel and will keep reconnecting. Try the following to resolve your issue:
