POSSCON 2012 will take place Wednesday, March 28 and Thursday, March 29 in Columbia, SC.  Please Save-the-Date and make plans to attend.  Early Bird registration will open Sunday, January 1, 2012.

Also, we are actively seeking the very best speakers in the areas of Open Software, Hardware and Content (media and data).  This includes the speaking tracks of Technical (developers, engineers, sys admins), Education (teachers, professors, administrators, students), and Healthcare.  If you are interested in speaking, or know of someone that might be, go to www.posscon.org/call-for-speakers and complete/submit the very short form (will only take a minute to complete).  The deadline is Friday, December 2.

Approximately 500 people from 24 states attended and participated in POSSCON 2011, including some of the most well known experts in the country, and we’re working hard to make 2012 bigger and better.  An Overview of the 2012 event can be found here.

If you have questions please contact me directly.  I’ll respond quickly.

Thanks!

Todd Lewis
