For Christians, faith has an inherently public dimension: a call to build up the dignity and flourishing of all people in society. This is coupled with a long tradition of social justice teaching
that offers a moral framework for putting one’s values into practice. This happens not only at the ballot box but in ongoing, community-centered action to educate, organize, and lobby for the common good. For 50 years, NETWORK, a Catholic
social justice lobby, has been inspiring this work.
Join us for a webinar featuring Joan Neal, Deputy Executive Director & Chief Equity Officer of NETWORK, Sr. Emily TeKolste, NETWORK Grassroots Organizer, and other NETWORK experts on Thursday, August 18, 7:00 p.m. ET. They will lead a discussion about
putting our faith into action in the 2022 Midterm Elections for people experiencing poverty, the failings of our immigration system, lack of access to health care, and other threats to the common good. Joan and Sr. Emily will explore how we
are called to act for justice in the face of growing divides in our country.
Please join us on Thursday, August 18 at 7:00 pm ET/4:00 pm PT.
