conda packages for coin-libraries

Some of the coin-libraries are now available as conda-packages:

- https://anaconda.org/conda-forge/coin3d

- https://anaconda.org/conda-forge/simage

- https://anaconda.org/conda-forge/soqt

- https://anaconda.org/conda-forge/pivy

The recipes for these packages can be found here:

I don't have the plan to package any other coin related libraries, but if anyone needs some of them, please inform me.  Maybe I can help with getting this done.
