COIMBATORE MARATHON TRAINING SESSION

Hi All,
Of late, I am not getting any updates from the Coimbatore Runners group. No idea whether my mail ID has been removed from this group or no activity in the group. It is an inspiration to get to know the runner’s experiences on various events, especially from Mr. Pandion Sir.
I have registered for 21 K and practice regularly at ITI grounds, GN Mills. I would like to run one or two trial runs with Coimbatore Runners before the actual Marathon on October 1, 2017.
I see Mr. Shanmugaraj’s article and to get in touch with him for the training session in The Hindu regularly. Could you please update the schedule in this group regularly, which will be convenient to plan.
If my mail ID is not there, please add to this group once again to enable me to get updates.

Thanks for your mail. Now I could recognize that you are the one practicing regularly in the morning sporting a 2015 Coimbatore Marathon jersy on and off. Thanks for the information and nice to hear that a Thudiyalur Chapter of Coimbatore Runners was started. I will try to join on a Tuesday or Sunday run in the coming weeks. Due to my shift, I am practicing in the evening at ITI grounds.
