Sunday Run - Racecourse - 4th June 2017

Hi folks

Sunday runs are usually the longest during the week.  A long run at a nice relaxed pace and a good chat with running buddies while on the run followed by a nice hot breakfast... Something to look forward to :) .... here are the details for tomorrow's run:

Assembly point: Income Tax Office on Racecourse Road 

Start Time: 5:30 AM

Distance: 5/10/15 km or more .... Depending on your appetite!

Route:.In and around Racecourse
