Subject: [SCA-Northshield] Call for Bids - Kingdom A&S Faire

 

CALL FOR BIDS

Bids are being accepted to host the Kingdom of Northshield A&S Faire, to be held February 12, 2022. This event is dedicated to showing what A&S activities are going on in our Kingdom, and include display, experimental, and competition categories.

Perfect sites are few and far between, and we have been able to make many different kinds of sites work. The ideal site will have the following, in order of importance:

A very large, gym-style room for the display and competition entries.

A large populous area.

A royalty room large enough for peer meetings.

A room for judges.

Facilities for serving lunch or nearby lunch options.

Access on Friday night for set-up.

Wet site or able to accommodate small amounts of liquor for judging purposes.

Ability to accommodate entries which must be outside.
