BREAKOUT ROOM TOPICS

1) VALUES: What are you trying to accomplish? What are your carshare values? How do they mesh with your community's values? Can you use your values to sell the concept to your community?

2) ACCOUNTING: What resources does your community already share? How do you account for reservations, money, communication, and upkeep? Can your carshare use these models? What model might work better?

3) PARKING: Where will you park your cars? Will carshare members loan their parking spaces? Will car-free community members loan their spaces? Will the community support using shared community spaces, or designating carshare spaces during development?

4) ACQUIRING CARS: What are the different ways you can acquire cars? What are the legal and insurance implications?

5) SEED MONEY: Where will you get the money to buy your first car? How about your second or third cars? What do you need money for?
