The webtool is not working

I tried to use the Coh-Metrix 3.0 online tool available at http://cohmetrix.com/ but it did not work. Whenever I enter a text and click the Submit button I get "Connection Timed Out" blank page instead of the results of the text's analysis. I have been facing this problem since yesterday.

I have had a similar problem with the web tool. The last time I was able to get text analyzed was 3/2/2018. My entries remain "pending."
