All indices starting with PC are "Principle Component" scores. Those are linear combinations of 52 Coh-Metrix indices with coefficients determined by principle component analysis on a corpus called "TASA" (Touchstone Applied Science Associate). More details can be found in the Coh-Metrix book: Automated Evaluation of Text and Discourse with Coh-Metrix by McNamara, Graesser, McCarthy and Cai.
