Client is looking to fill Informatica Administrator position to help with Data Warehouse implementation effort. This is a hands-on technical position and will require the individual to handle multiple projects in a fast paced software and technical lifecycle
Responsibilities:
Interact with software, network, database, and Unix administrators to implement Informatica infrastructure and troubleshoot issue
Work with development team to troubleshoot issues and performance tune workflows/maps
Setup and Administer Informatica Environment
Migrate code from development to qa to production environments.
Install software patches and upgrade Informatica.
Understand change data capture with PowerExchange
Setup,administer Informatica PowerExchange
Manage Informatica loads and schedules.
Be on call for any Informatica support needs.

5 years’ experience with administering Informatica Platform 8.x and above.
2 years’ experience in administering Informatica PowerExchange.
2 years’ experience in developing Informatica ETLs.
2 years’ experience in working with Teradata Database and Teradata Parallel Transporter
Strong experience on Enterprise Grid clustering, Load Balancer, Failover, High Availability, Disaster Recovery, Business continuance.
Good knowledge on SQL and Oracle databases
Working experience in Linux/Unix platforms
Scripting (Unix Shell, Perl, Batch, SQL) and process/procedure automation experience necessary.
Experience with third party schedulers like autosys.
Demonstrated Informatica Architecture Skills and Experience required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
