Unable to launch Chrome v76.0.3809.100 via CITS 1.2

Hi, 
I am using CITS v1.2. When launching a test case in chrome the chrome driver is not launched, only a failed test case is shown in IE as report. There are no details in the report available in IE. 

Chrome browser version: 76.0.3809.100 

CITS version: 1.2

Chrome driver version: 76.0.3809.68.

Can anyone provide any solutions for this?

Hi,

Please make sure whether you have added the CITS extension for chrome browser.

Add the .crx file from your extension folder from CITS package or add through chrome web store.
