Jira with ZAPI and Zephyr add in integration is already available in CITS.  Please open Configuration > Run settings> TM settings and select Jira. Give your details and test connection. Post that your reports and status will be uploaded to Jira instance. Provided you follow below mapping,
  • JIRA version name must be same as Cognizant Intelligent Test Scripter release name.
  • JIRA test cycle name must be same as Cognizant Intelligent Test Scripter test set name.
  • Test case created in JIRA test cycle must be same as Cognizant Intelligent Test Scripter test case.
