What JAVA version does CITS v1.1 supports

I am trying to open CITS but its kind of stuck through half way after opening .So wanted to know does CITS v1.1 supports JDK v11.0.3 version?

CITS 1.1 supports only Java 8, please upgrade to CITS 1.4, in order to use it with Java 11.
