Not able to execute my test cases in Chrome

Two questions, I am not able to execute any of test cases which has worked before. it just fails in first line. My CITS version is 1.1, Chrome version is 76.0.3809.100, Windows 10 and I have updated the Chrome driver as well, but no success. 
Second question, if I have to update CITS from V1.1 to V1.2, how do I move my projects those are in V1.1.

1- This has already been raised as an issue, please refer here,

2- There is no explicit need to move projects, you can directly open the cits 1.1 project in to cits 1.2, please rebuild the custom methods alone if it is in the engine or if they are packed as standalone jars then paste the same inside "lib/commands" of the latest CITS.
