How to automate drawing a signature or just draw a line on a place

In one of my pages, signature is mandatory to go to next page . But I am not able to capture the drawing in CITS. Could you please help how to do that.

Please understand that CITS is built on top of Selenium and is predominantly used for functional automation of web applications. For image recognition you can check the feasibility with Sikuli library used in CITS, but there are known limitations of Sikuli with respect to image based automation.
