Announcing IE Toolbar v1.2

[Cognizant Intelligent Test Scripter]

A new version has been released for Cognizant-Intelligent-Test-Scripter-IE-Toolbar

• Some people raised that the IE Toolbar is not getting connected with the CITS IDE. 
• Issue has been logged and fixed. You can check the issue here.
• Added Logging as well. All the logs are captured and stored in a file
  

So We request the users to uninstall the old version v1.1 and Install the newer version v1.2.
