Your console log of execution and other HTML reports will be available in your projects/Results folder. Right click on the project from the Test design panel and choose "Details" from the context menu in order to open the projects location.

Do we need to do QC setting for report generation

CITS reports are generated by default and do not require QC connection for the same, However, you can also try to establish the connection with your QC instance from CITS and have your reports uploaded to the same.
