ETA TRACK OVERVIEW
The Emerging Topics in AI (ETA) Track aims to expose the AI community to exciting, underrecognized, or fast-developing ideas from across AI subfields and adjacent disciplines. This track is an opportunity to present novel ideas, competitions, or trends that may shape future AI research agendas and spark meaningful discussion within the community.

SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS
Submissions should include:
- A talk outline (up to 1 page)
- A short CV (up to 2 pages)
- A recorded pitch talk (up to 3 minutes)
- [Optional] An overview paper for inclusion in the proceedings (up to 6 pages)

Submissions should clearly articulate the emerging idea, explain its novelty, outline its potential significance, and highlight its relevance to the AAAI community.
All submissions will be peer-reviewed. Accepted submissions will be presented in a dedicated in-person session at the conference, and accepted submissions with an overview paper will be included in the AAAI-26 proceedings.

REGISTRATION
In-person presentation is required. Presenters of accepted ETA talks must register for AAAI-26. Registration details will be posted later this year on the AAAI-26 website.
