Released - lesson date picking

Until now, the only way to change a lesson's date was to drag it to another date.

This worked well for dragging within a week, but changing weeks was difficult.

Inside your lesson dialog, you will notice the Course and date of a lesson in the title area.  The date is clickable (red on hover) and brings up a datepicker.  This alters the date of the lesson.

So to change Friday's lesson to Monday - 

- click on Friday's lesson

- click on the date

- select Monday's date from the calendar

- click update.
