We connected, collaborated and created new co-curricular opportunities for students at Haas as well as across campus and beyond. Read More   Hult Prize Campus Winners Announced Teams from across campus brought their A-games to the UC Berkeley campus round for the $1M Hult Prize. One participant was even a Shark Tank alum! Ideas ranged from a blockchain network that reduces energy & friction in transfers to solar powered community centers with a pay per use vs. upfront investment business model. Read More   Spring 2018 Dean's Seed Fund Winners Congrats to the latest crop of Dean's Seed Fund winners. Some of the founders (EWMBA '19 Karen Taylor of onederful) celebrated by hugging puppies! This year had a record 40 applications judged by 25 alums-special thanks to DAR for rounding them up. Read More   2018 VCIC Competition As the sun set over UC Berkeley last Friday, MBA students from all 3 Haas School of Business - UC Berkeley programs, teammates from other schools on campus, and our first undergraduate team toiled into the evening for the Venture Capital Investment Competition (VCIC) boot camp! 7 teams of 5 students were trained by Silicon Valley legends Bill Reichert (Garage Technology Ventures) and Terry Kelley (Dorsey & Whitney LLP). Teams will compete to represent Cal at the regional competition on February 23rd. Another big shoutout to Adeeba Khairzad and the Haasome executive committee (Neha Dobhal, Neha Ruikar, Esmond Ai, Ludwig Schoenack, and Dmitriy Berenzon).
