Installing MSXML 4.0 in ubuntu

                                 I require MSXML 4.0 in ubuntu. Can anybody tell me how to install MSXML 4.0 in ubuntu?

Thanks Shirish,  I m also against proprietary softwares but MSXML is required to run AOE III in ubuntu. So in order to completely use ubuntu and make least use of windows. i m trying to play games which r played on wondows dominantly in ubuntu as well.
