Cofoja 1.2 released with Java 8 support

With this release, I am officially moving the project over to GitHub.
I am the only original contributor left, have no love for SVN (which I
am not even using), and with Google Code disabling downloads, I have
no reason to stay.

Highlights include JDK 8 compatibility thanks to igoro@, and support
for Java 8 lambdas, which will hopefully enhance the experience of
writing contracts. The latter is still kind of experimental so please
report any bugs.

P.S. The transition to GitHub will take some time; the mailing list
will stay here. And I am still pondering about the issue tracker and
other smaller details.
