Configure your email notifications/subscription for Google Groups

Some feedback I have received (thx to Greg Jones) is that new members
may be feeling spammed by all the messages being posted. Google Groups
by default subscribes you to receive Email's instantly when messages
are posted. You can however change this to only receive 1 message per
day (a summary of all messages) or no emails at all (personally I use
"Abridged Email" - see below).

To change this setting

1. Visit:
http://groups.google.com/group/coffs-harbour-web-design-and-development/subscribe

2. Choose from the following options:

* No Email
I will read this group on the web

* Abridged Email (No more than 1 email per day)
Get a summary of new activity each day

* Digest Email (Approximately 1 email per day)
Get up to 25 full new messages bundled into a single email

* Email (Approximately 2 emails per day)
Send each message to me as it arrives

3. Click "Save these settings" button.
