Last project of the semester, due Thursday December 13, and it's sooooo close to being done.

I'm trying to get my "shopping cart" application to send a JSON string to a php file, which then prints it to a text file (overwriting what's already there) and sends back a notification that it's done (a true/false flag, the string again, it doesn't really matter).  I'm using a combination of js that I wrote and js that my instructor wrote.  The code that allows me to make an ajax call was written by my instructor, and I can't figure out why I keep getting the following error in my php:

<b>Notice</b>:  Undefined index: stringOrdered in <b>C:\xampp\htdocs\inp271-work\drag-n-drop\php\printJSON.php</b> on line <b>2</b><br />

The example files my instructor provided to demonstrate this work just fine, and yet I get this error message when I try to do the same thing.  Does anyone think they can help me before Thursday?

I think I know roughly what the problem is (this is very common, basically you're probably accessing the wrong array/using different names for things in your PHP and JS/not passing all the data you think you are/or something), but too roughly to be of any use without seeing more. If you have time tomorrow afternoon, I could probably help then, but the sooner you respond the better because I may have something else. Also maybe later in the week, let me know when works for you.

That should work.  When and where?

When... Not sure,  might be doing something else too. We could say like 1pm, probably.

Where, well I don't have a car so Skype or something. I'm daniels220 on Skype or you can probably get my email address from the group and use Google Talk.

Sounds good.  I don't currently have Skype installed, and I don't remember my nick anyway, but I'm on Google Talk.  Talk to you later, then!

Hey guys,

Could you please be respectful towards others on the list and handle your scheduling privately?

Thanks,

Cory
