Executive Summary Presentation on 5th and 6th April 2011.

 Dear Students,

The executive summary presentations towards Mid-sem exam is arranged on 5th April (First 10 teams) and 6th April (next 10 teams) at 5:30 pm onwards in room no. 21, E and TC deptt. The presentation shall be in terms of max. SIX slides and should highlight:

1.  The idea (product or service) and its feasibility.
2.   Name/title of the company and its vision
3.   Market survey, its size and type, its growth.
4.   USP of you idea (why customer be attracted towards it)
5.   Revenue model (how are you going to make money), financial break-even analysis.
6.   Team members and their roles
7.   Entry barriers and Exit strategy (Optional)

 The presentation by each team shall last for max. FIVE minutes and shall be participated by all team members. The attendance of all teams is mandatory on both days.

The MSE shall also involve a single full-page Executive summary document submission, encompassing all above mentioned points.

All team leads should load their ppts by 5:15 pm on the day of presentation on the available machine.
