In continuation my previous e-mail regarding a meeting of Disaster Preparedness & Management during Yatra Season in Uttarakhand.

You are requested to meet in the Centre on 11/3/2014 at 4.30 p.m. to discuss the following Steps for Disaster Management during Incident (Part of Preparedness) -

1. Formation of different desks to handle the different sectors like: Operation ( Service Desk, Infrastructure, Health Desk, Logistics Desk, Agriculture Desk and Responsibility During Disaster)

2. Vulnerability Profile of the Route/area

3. Availability of resources (as reflected in 7 desk) and task force.

4. Disaster Management Action Plan on the Basis on Vulnerability.

5. Understanding on incident command system during incident.

6. Table Top simulation exercise on road accident/landslides /rock fall/ epider

7. Simulation exercise on above using 7 desk and table top exercise.

Please make sure to attend the meeting at the scheduled date & time.
