Course Description: Technical skills for smartphone photography are covered including refinement of exposure, post-image capture processing, and manipulation through various mobile and desktop apps. (6 lab hours)

Introduction to making headshot in studio and on location. Emphasis placed on equipment control, light application, contemporary aesthetics, and client delivery. (2 lab hours) Prerequisite: PHOTO 1300 or equivalent or consent of instructor

PHOTO-1610-001, B&W Analog Printing Workshop
Intermediate to advanced students will practice black and white analog photography techniques and applications for developing and printing enlargements of film-camera images in the chemical darkroom. Course will utilize analog film cameras, black and white negative film, and black and white silver gelatin paper. (2 lab hours) Prerequisite: PHOTO 1102 or equivalent or consent of instructor.
