Only hints will be provided,  Use these

  1-LOOP.

2-Conditional statement.

3-Some thing which can be used in all programs, and doesn't harm our
output, but makes it more acceptable.
     (Every one knows it.)

4-A command from the library dos ie #include<dos.h>

I didn't use any code, I did it in a quite different manner. I used
DELAY from DOS LIBRARY...............

i have used the code 128 for blinking but in TC++ IDE it gave me the * with white background and if i used it in BC the it gave me the error " undefined function DELAY"

if you will use 128 code in textcolor(128) then it will blink if and
only if you run your code in windows xp but not in 7,
